Canberra Youth Orchestra performs Australian premiere with Gabi Sultana
Internationally acclaimed pianist Gabi Sultana performed with the Canberra Youth Orchestra in the Australian premiere of Philip Glass' Tirol Concerto for Piano and Orchestra on Saturday evening. Also performing Mahler's Symphony No. 1 in D Major, "Titan", the Canberra Youth Orchestra played enthusiastically and skilfully in this challenging piece. Congratulations to Gabi, Leonard, the CYO players, and the alumni who kindly performed in the Mahler.
