Become a Member
To participate in any program you must first become a member by completing the below form: we have Over 16s ($30) and Under 16s or "family" ($35) memberships which must be renewed each calendar year ($20 & $25 respectively for a half-year membership if signing up from term 3 on). Membership entitles the student (or parent subscribing on behalf of a minor) to vote at General Meetings and stand for election to the MFC council.
Please note: membership fees are charged as part of your first invoice along with class fees; no payment is required on this page. You will not be charged a membership fee if you are coming along for a free group class trial and decide not to enrol.
