Linus Hanul Lee is an active pianist/organist who newly joined the group of MFC tutors. He studied with pianist Katherine Day for his Bachelor of Music degree at the ANU School of Music, and graduated with a classical piano performance major in 2018. In 2017, he has also become a Wesley music scholar, where he resumed his organ tuition. He has been awarded with many scholarships and prizes, and attained the Licentiate in Music, Australia (LMusA) with distinction for the organ this year.
As a pianist, he has been active mainly in Canberra community choir scenes as a regular or substitute accompanist for rehearsals and concerts, and frequently accompanies singers and instrumentalists for workshops, masterclasses or exams. As an organist, he is playing at many different churches across Canberra for worships and other religious services. Linus looks forward to working with many future musicians to share the joy of music-making.
